30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind our products with a 30-day return and exchange guarantee, starting from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Store credit is issued for the product price, minus any applicable fees.

Eligible Products

We happily accept returns for:

  • 30 ml fragrances that remain in their original seal and packaging, are unused, and are in “good as new” condition.

Try Before Open

We understand that blind-buying a fragrance can feel risky. That’s why every full-size 30 ml bottle comes with a free 1 ml sample of the same scent. You can use the sample first to decide if the fragrance suits you—without opening the sealed full-size bottle.

If the full bottle remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, it will continue to qualify for our 30-day return policy for store credit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return.

  2. You will receive a prepaid USPS return label at our discounted rate.

  3. Pack your item securely and attach the provided label.

  4. Drop off the package at any USPS location.

Store Credit Details

Your store credit will include:

  • The full product price

  • Minus the return shipping cost (deducted from your credit)

Cash refunds are not available.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, store credit will be processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or account portal.

Return Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future purchases if we detect return policy abuse, including excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or attempts to misuse the policy.
